Royal Decree, if I activated this card, can opponent use Dark Bribe to negate the activation of my Royal Decree? I know it's about the Spell Speed thing, but just to make sure.

- Yes, he can, since it's legal target to counter. Other Counter Trap Cards that can also negating "Royal Decree": "Seven Tools of the Bandit", "Solemn Judgment" and "Trap Jammer" (if during Battle Phase, but not Damage Calculation/Step). All other Trap Cards are Spell Speed 2 or lower, Counter Trap Cards are only one with Spell Speed 3. --iFredCat 13:37, January 5, 2013 (UTC)
