Well I've been dueling for a while and my decks have a pretty good win to lose ratio against my friends. I'm thinking about entering some local tournament in my area and I was wondering if someone could give some pointers on whether it would stand a decent chance.

I'll be honest, I don't see your deck going too far. I run a Water deck similar to yours. It works, but it's nothing competitive. There will be always a few people with more competitive decks.
