I need help/advice on building a gd water deck

But I'm not really sure which to build on as both are similar in a way. My aim is to stall with gravity bind, awaiting to summon their respective ace on to the field. With the deck above I would try to clear the field using marksman & infantry effects while the deck below is to wait for neo to wipe out the field.

Look at my deck a few posts down called Power of the Deep it might help you out and it's a lot faster and consistent.
