Why exactly why was this pot of duality semi limited? It seems that konami decided to randomly hit this card to annoy the players rather than for any legitimate reasons that might actually warrant a place on the banlist.

- It makes all decks fast. It's also obvious that they wanted a slower format this year, so semi-limiting this makes decks slower, but still gives them consistency. ---Dark Ace SP (Talk) 15:00, September 2, 2012 (UTC)
Supposedly it's a hit on HEROES, but limiting E - Emergency Call as well as semiing A Hero Lives would've been better as this also hurts a lot of weaker decks. 209.91.107.153 (talk) 10:16, September 5, 2012 (UTC)
It also hits a lot of bigger decks.
Some Inzektor builds ran triple Duality.
All Laval and Hieratic builds ran triple Duality.
A few of the T1.5 decks run triple Duality, when the T1 decks get hit T1.5 decks will have a higher chance of taking their place.

But hitting pot of duality hits the decks that run 3 copies and that aren't tier 1 as well.

- Still, that doesn't mean Konami won't ban Dark Hole again, even if it hurts all decks. Konami does what it thinks needs to be done to create a fairer format. I personally think they wanted to create a slower format, and I think Semi-Limited Pot of Duality does just that, to a degree. ---Dark Ace SP (Talk) 03:30, September 7, 2012 (UTC)
