I was planning to make a Psychic deck, but I simply don't have enough Psychic cards. Then I decided to make it into a hybrid, but I can't figure out what Type/Archetype to use for the other half! So what I'm asking is: in your opinion, what Type/Archetype would work best with Psychics in a deck? --EgyptianGods 23:59, 24 January 2009 (UTC)
Psychics are my Favorite...
Well, you could do a Psychic Monarch deck. It uses stall/swarm cards like Krebons, Psychic Commander, and Emergency Teleport for tribute fodder and Synchro material. Also, you can use them as a Synchro engine in any deck, pretty much. Here are some more options:
- Psychic Zombies (you can use Zombie World, too)
- Psychic Equalizer (Life Equalizer for the cost of Psychics)
- Psychic Stall/burn (stall with Psys and use Wave-motion Cannon)

thoughts on what you can do
When I had a psychic deck i ran a couple warriors in it like 3maruading captains, d.d. warrior lady, d.d. assailant, and d.d. warrior. The tricky isn't bad either neither is dark resonator. --Dark magic 03:45, 25 January 2009 (UTC)dark magic
- Isn't that what Psychic Commander is for? They are both LV3 tuners that can last during your opponents turn, except Commander is better. In my opinion, of course. Blue-Eyes White Boy 06:52, 25 January 2009 (UTC)
you can add prime material dragon, so you don't have to pay life points for psychic effects.
