When Dimensional Fissure is on the field can you utilize Puppet Plant's effect?

- You cannot activate Puppet Plant's effect while Dimensional Fissure is on the field because sending it to the Graveyard is a cost. ATEMVEGETA (Talk) 06:57, 22 April 2009 (UTC)
- That is what we thought last night, when we dueled, just wanted to make sure though, but I guess it was worded wrong, I didn't mean to say can you utilize it's effect, I meant to ask since you have to remove it from play you can't use it.
