Hi, just checked Appropriate again after such a long time and noticed the errata (silly me, never noticed it before...)
http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Card_Errata:Appropriate
I was just wondering...the first errata'd card (Pharaoh's Servant) was the only one saying -"After that, each time your opponent draws cards outside of his/her Draw Phase..."- and in the rulings section it didn't say that the effect doesn't activate when you flip face-up the card, the second errata'd card (Retro Pack) says -"Activate only when your opponent draws a card(s), except during their Draw Phase. Draw 2 cards."-.
So that's just my question, the ruling (that for some reason, I could swear I saw before in this page...) that doesn't let you draw cards the instant you flip face-up the card is still active?
