..i want to know.exactly , what it does! — This unsigned comment was made by 190.226.5.157 (talkcontribs)

Well, this ain't the right place to ask that question. Notice that this is the "Deck Help" forum, where people post their decklists.
What you want is the General Discussion forum. Runer5h (talkcontribs) 20:58, February 9, 2011 (UTC)Runer5h
Moved, +Unsigned
"Return all cards in your hand and Graveyard to their respective owners' Decks and shuffle."
You can use it against Mill Decks. -Falzar FZ- (talk page|useful stuff) 22:36, February 9, 2011 (UTC)
Yeah, as if you'd want to. Returning your whole graveyard to your deck? Good! (In certain situations.) Returning your HAND? Oh goodness, that is bad. Runer5h (talkcontribs) 23:53, February 9, 2011 (UTC)Runer5h

Not if you run Infernities... MachinaMan (talkcontribs) 02:47, February 10, 2011 (UTC)

Yes if you run Infernities. Recall that they do most all of their swarming from the graveyard? Runer5h (talkcontribs) 02:56, February 10, 2011 (UTC)Runer5h

I was talking about returning your hand, because most of the time Infernities don't have a hand. But yeah, if you activated Regional Giant Hurricane, you and the opponent are pretty much done for. MachinaMan (talkcontribs) 22:39, February 10, 2011 (UTC)

Local Giant Hurricane only returns your hand & deck, not foe's.-Resk (talkcontribs) 23:50, February 11, 2011 (UTC)

So is there anything that can acually be used for this card to be effective? 76.121.80.38 (talk) 02:40, February 12, 2011 (UTC)

ummm... Naturia Mosquito.
Naturia Cliff --> Naturia Cliff --> Naturia Cliff --> Local Big Hurricane --> Naturia Cliff --> Naturia Cliff --> Naturia Cherries --> Naturia Cherries --> Naturia Cherries.
That's if the original combo wasn't enough to deal 8000+ damage... -Falzar FZ- (talk page|useful stuff) 02:46, February 12, 2011 (UTC)
Still situational... and don't forget that Cherries SS other Cherries face-down. Runer5h (talkcontribs) 02:48, February 12, 2011 (UTC)Runer5h
Ok, there are no monsters that would work for the filler (removed it), so loop is now even shorter. Another random thought:
In case you would run out of frogs for Substitoad + Witch Doctor of... oh wait, Substitoad's banned.
Unless there's a card that somehow reverses the effect and gives it to your opponent, or somehow, an easy way to give them the card, and force them to activate it, there shouldn't be a gamebreaking way to use it... -Falzar FZ- (talk page|useful stuff) 12:49, February 12, 2011 (UTC)

Use Exchange while RBH is in your hand, as the only card and your opponent has to take it....:P71.194.60.36 (talk) 17:14, February 12, 2011 (UTC)

what about using it with Mystical Refpanel?--Chaos soldier (talkcontribs) 00:55, February 13, 2011 (UTC)

nevermind it's a trap--Chaos soldier (talkcontribs) 00:57, February 13, 2011 (UTC)

If they take it for Exchange, you still have to force them to set it, and activate it, somehow.
Also, it doesn't 'only affect 1 player', so even if it was a spell, Refpanel can't be used on it.
Be good if there was a 'creature swap' for S/T cards. -Falzar FZ- (talk page|useful stuff) 04:14, February 13, 2011 (UTC)

Ah ha! Flint Lock Loop, it's for in case foe doesn't surrender, just declare the number of times going to do action (as per infinate stoppable loops) ie: x*10^1,000,000 times, so that they can't just make you deck out <,< -Resk (Talk) 00:12, February 21, 2011 (UTC)
