if royal decree is out and i use a trap say mirror force. will chaining mst to destroy my mirror force allow the effect of mirror force to go through since mirror force would be in the graveyard by the time its effect should resolve?

No, unlike Skill Drain (which negates if the Card itself is still on the field during resolution), Royal Decree negates the Effects that are on the field (even if the Card itself is destroyed and in the graveyard). -Falzar FZ- (talk page|useful stuff) 03:00, February 8, 2011 (UTC)
