Forum:Seeking help for my traditional Zombie deck

Hello all I have just picked this deck up for the first time in well over a year and I need some help to seee what adjustments it now needs to be beasty once more. back when i played traditional, i ran lightsworn-chaos. it did extremely well. instead of splashing things like cyber dragon or magician of faith, you could go with a sort of zombiesworn build. just a thought.

yeah. people are so stupid when it comes to traditional. i mean, it IS fun to use these nostalgic cards, why can't people see this?

I wouldn't say people are stupid, but there def. is extra aggression when your not playing normal yugioh. You don't see that type of agression usually when doing the same with a game like magic lol63.19.205.31 (talk) 18:54, April 4, 2012 (UTC)

oh, i agree on that. this is actually the reason i mostly play magic now, diverse, balanced, and unlike yugioh 95% of the fanbase aren't jerks.

Well I will agree with what I have seen around the card shops here the fanbase is off...I went back to magic made myself a nice edh deck for the memories and now I want to just do this of yugioh as well which is why i wont go advance. Would this sworn have to be lightsworn I didn't really care for their type besides judgement dragon and it doesnt run it lol.

JD isn't needed in zombiesworn, the lightsworn merely serve as a means to get zombies into the grave to quickly unleash reanimator hell.

-1 crush card, -1 disc commander, -1 cyber jar, -1 MST, -1 Change of Heart, -1 magician of faith, -1 burial from a dd, -1 dimension fusion, +3 Ryko, +2 Lyla, +1 Ehren, +2 Lumina

consider 2x Solemn Warning and another book of life, or premature burial. also, Sinister Serpent may help here. i'll need to look up the rest of the zombie support later.

i used it in my twilightsworns, everyone said not to run it, but it won games for me, and a lot of them. i used to be a dedicated traditionalist.

also, if you run lightsworns, 2-3 solar recharge and 1 charge of the lolz brigade (my pet-name for the card) would help immensely.
