I want to clarify Skill Prisoner because of its card text. Before that, I understand that Forbidden Dress becomes futile when you activate it as Chain Link 2 and target a monster you control that is already being targeted by a another card effect (In this case, we will assume it is by a monster effect). However, in the case of Skill Prisoner, when a card on my field is being targeted by a monster effect, I can activate the Trap as Chain Link 2. Since Skill Prisoner says "when any monster effect resolves that targeted that card at activation, negate that effect," then does that mean when Chain Link 2 resolves, Skill Prisoner's target will fall under its influence and when Chain Link 1 resolves, Skill Prisoner will negate it? If I'm wrong, please clarify.
