Alright as far as i understand, It dosen't matter what way stardust is summoned as long as he's on the field you can use his effect, Someone tells me "if you brought out stardust with starlight road and i use smashing ground its it stays in the graveyard either way"
Am i missing something here? why would stardust not come back if i activated the effect? Or am i right and he's just delusional? lol.— This unsigned comment was made by 74.72.176.85 (talk • contribs)
- On Talk Pages and Forum Pages, sign your posts with four tildes ~~~~, it will automatically create a signature for you.
- Stardust must be Properly Synchro Summoned for it to be able to be revived from the Graveyard.
- If you bring Stardust out with Starlight Road. You can use Stardust's Negate destruction effect, but during the End Phase, you can't revive it. Falzar FZ 07:23, May 5, 2010 (UTC)
You would think they would write something like that down on the card? geez ;-;
Ok thanks.— This unsigned comment was made by 74.72.176.85 (talk • contribs)

- It's on the Rulings page: Special Summoning “Stardust Dragon” with “Starlight Road” is not a Synchro Summon. If that “Stardust Dragon” is later sent to the Graveyard, it cannot be Special Summoned by its own effect or “Call of the Haunted.”

if they wrote it on every card, they would be writing it on many cards. instead, they put out a blanket ruling to cover all Fusion/Synchro/special summon only type cards. Semi-Nomi Thorn of RosenYubel 11:45, May 5, 2010 (UTC)
