As for your Deck, I think you need to get rid of Mother Grizzly, and the penguins. Also, drop Spells and Traps that reverese the attack and defense, and add plenty of cards that just boost your monster's attack and/or decrease your opponent's, like 2-3 Burden of the Mighties, and 3 Solidarities. Also, try to add as many LV3- Aquas that you can. I'm not entirely sure about Star Boy. You defintely want a Pixie Ring. One for One is limited, so you need to get rid of one. Hope I helped! I used to use a deck like this and it was pretty good at my locals, I made some changes to your list which should make the deck better. The main point of the deck is to have a substitoad on the field all the time and use its effect to search a frog from the deck to counter whatever your opponent played last turn, ie. your opponent played a high attack monster in atk mode, just tribute a monster and search unifrog - attack directly and then in main phase 2 tribute unifrog to summon dupe frog - now your opponent can only attack your dupe frog which can't be destroyed by battle thanks to substitoad.
