The basic strategy I am going for here is to use summon priest to special summon rose, warrior of revenge by discarding spell power grasp or magical city endymion, then synchro summon Stardust. I then return spell power grasp or endymion to my deck with hidden book of spells and search with either terraforming or another spell power grasp, allowing me to recycle them...

OR I summon dark red enchanter, attack, activate magician's circle to SS night's end sorceror and remove two cards in their graveyard from play, then use up all his spell counters to make my opponent discard, then sync enchanter and sorceror for stardust.

The rest of the deck just utilizes the Endymion spell counter build...

I really need to cut it down, so im looking for suggestions on what to take out/ put in...

As usual, i dont have money for solemns, bribes, crush card etc...so please dont suggest them...

Assault monster

This is an OK deck. However, there is a better /assault monster for this theme, Arcanite Magician/Assault Mode. A few more Spell Counter cards would also help:

Magical Plant Mandragola, Arcanite Magician, Mega Ton Magical Cannon, Arcane Barrier, Pitch-Black Power Stone

use summoner monk to get exemplar then foolish burial nights end special attack magicians circle a seven star synchro for arcanite assault mode activate or just keep arcanight. If magical city dark red encvhanter and arcanite are on the field you have hand and field control pretty much spell caster lock down and you win

Arcanite Magician/Assault Mode is faster

If your going to use /Assault Modes, you should use Arcane Apprentice instead of Night's End Sorcerer, since you want that /Assault Modes monster out of the deck before you draw it. Also a very good combo is to use Instant Fusion to Fusion Summon Guitar Hero ( AKA Musician King ) and Summon Arcane Apprentice to Synchro Summon Arcanite Magician, then set Assault Mode Activate and activate it on your opponent's end phase. If you have Night Wing Sorceress on the field already, you can already have Arcanite Magician/Assault Mode on the field in no time.

I know Stardust Dragon/Assault Mode is really good ( also unstoppable ), but Arcanite Magician/Assault Mode is much faster to Summon on a Spellcaster Deck, especially since two of the Assault support cards are Spellcaster ( Arcane Apprentice and Night Wing Sorceress). If your using Magical Citadel of Endymion, she ( or he ) will have all of it's Spell Counter to have a 2900 beatstick. Apprentice Magician and Pitch-Black Power Stone can help you raise it's attack or ammunition to Arcanite Magician.
