Ok, so as you can probably tell my monster and spell line-up need a bit of work. I would like to increase summoning speed and better spells.
The whole deck revolves around Mega Ton Magical Cannon, so I obviously need to generate spell counters without continuosly using too many of them up. Most of the monsters are self-explanatory on their own. Dark Red Enchanter is just a personal preference, simply because I'll be clearing their field out with Cannon so their hand is all they have left. Silent Magician LV4 is there to generate spell counters continuosly if I start to run out of spells, and can also summon a beatstick if I have enough spell counters to activate Cannon and in that turn or next tribute him for a 3500 attack monster. Defender, the Magical Knight is a great card for protecting in my opinion, and Blast Magician is in their to remove monsters, though he can honestly be replaced.
Spell wise, Arcane Barrier can help draw, or collect spell counters if I need.To help with swarming, I was thinking a few Magical Dimensions, but I'm not sure what to take out.
The traps really don't need much explaining.

- What, no Alchemist of Black Spells? It doles out a spell counter each turn and has a solid 1800 DEF. I recommend it as an alternative to your Defenders. I'd also run another Breaker. 68.167.69.42 18:15, May 31, 2010 (UTC)Runer5h
Wow, thanks for the reminder! I completely forgot about him. And he does seem like a better choice then Defender; Instead of being defensive and using up spell counters, be defensive and gain some. Thanks. The Split 18:27, May 31, 2010 (UTC)
- No problem. (And I was the person to suggest that - I just wasn't logged in at the time.) I'm not particularly huge on the idea of Silent Magician - it is dreadfully slow, and your opponent will likely put off on drawing extra cards until they've gotten rid of it. Sure, LV8 is pretty cool, but it's not good enough to warrant using its weaker form. If it's beatdown power and spell counters you want, I'd replace it with something like Mythical Beast Cerberus. It can easily become a 1900-ATK beatstick. Also, instead of 2 Breakers, 3 Alchemists, I'd use 3 Breakers and 2 Alchemists. Runer5h 18:37, May 31, 2010 (UTC)Runer5h
You ran spellcounter deck, eh? I, too use them. Let me see.
- You should lessen "Defender, the Magical Knight". It has a good survivability but you just need 1 of them in field. Just 2 of them is necessary.
- Outright remove "Silent Magician LV8. "Silent Magician LV4" can gain spellcounters easily so if you want to "evolve" it then you remove its gaining capability.
- Add "Apprentice Magician" because it refuels your counters and its effect has monster presence.
- Add a "Crusader of Endymion". It is golden once you attain its ability.
- Use some strong monsters. Add "Endymion, the Master Magician"! You can use its ability to revive itself. Then, add "Magical Marionette". It's self explanatory.
- "Alchemist of Black Spells". Nuff said.
- Some "Magical Dimension" can also be used. Destroy a monster then having a spellcaster of your own!
- Remove MST. "Breaker the Magical Warrior" is there to break things.
- Reduce "Terraforming". You only need 1 because the other will just be a dead draw.
- Reduce "Pot of Avarice". Sure its good but you need to have 5 monsters in your graveyard to activate it so it usually becomes dead draw. Limit it to 1.
- Add "The Transmigration Prophecy or "Hidden Book of Spell" to recycle "Spell Power Grasp".
- If you can, use "Tower of Babel" or "Pitch-Black Power Stone" to generate some counters in the backrow.
- Too many "Mega Ton Magical Cannon". You only need 2 of these because you will probably won't use 3 of these in a duel.

Why you'd remove "Defender, the Magical Knight"? It has a lasting presence in the field. You could consider "Spell Absorption" to balance the damage you've taken for "Recycle". -SilentHero26 03:34, June 1, 2010 (UTC)
Ok I added in 1 Defender, mostly because I like to stick around 18-20 monsters in a deck. And since I only have 1 recycle for in case I really start using up my spells, I won't be using up too many life points.
