So I have a relatively simple question. I want to know if Elemental Hero Woodsman's Effect can be used to search Super Polymerization. the reason I think it should work is because "Polymerization" is included in the card name. Similar to how X to XX Sabers work, or how many archetypes only specify "Crystal Beast" or "Elemental Hero"
So. Does it work? 22.214.171.124 06:21, January 30, 2010 (UTC)
- To clarify, "a ___ card" means "a card with ___ in its name".
- Most "X-Saber" support cards say "a card with 'X-Saber' in its name" and "XX-Saber" contains "X-Saber", so "XX-Saber" monsters also get this support.
- "Elemental Hero Woodsman" says "Polymerisation", not "a 'Polymerisation card". Thus, it only works with the card "Polymerisation", and doesn't work with "Super Polymerization".

Thanks for the help all. Too bad though. Super Poly is a nice card and I'd love to be able to easy search it.
can u use super polymerization to summon evil heros? the supreme king did it?
It would seem that "Super Polymerization" ignored the Summoning conditions for Evil Heroes in the anime. BUT, there is a card that allows you to search out Super Poly; it is "Synchro Fusionist". It allows you to search out Super Poly because it says it can search out a "Fusion" or "Polymerization" Spell Card from your Deck (meaning a Spell Card that has "Fusion" or "Polymerization" in its card name). --UltimateKuriboh (talk • contribs) 00:07, August 1, 2010 (UTC)
