if my opponent declared an attack on a certain monster , and i have a card that is activated on declaring attack like darkness neosphere , but it needs a tribute , so can i tribute that monster , as it wasn't destroyed yet.

I'm not an expert with the YGO TCG card rulings, but if you used Darkness Neosphere's effect to special summon it, then you could tribute the monster that was targeted by your opponents attack. --TheTricky17 (talk • contribs) 06:33, August 13, 2010 (UTC)
Just so that we are 100% certain. Yes, TheTricky17 is correct.-- HHTurtle Talk 06:53, August 13, 2010 (UTC)
