I don't know a lot about whether or not Mechanical Spider being in the OCG or TCG, but because of the names, it is in the Archetype. It's kind of like how Frogs exclude Frog the Jam because he was around prior to their archetype. Drew-Gi-Oh! (talk • contribs) 18:23, July 19, 2010 (UTC)

Yeah, but that's because Frog The Jam didn't say "Frog" in its name in the OCG card. Making the card was a mistake. But a video game monster? And plus, I don't even see the spider on the card list in Starstrike Blast.--Yugioh DED (talk • contribs) 18:26, July 19, 2010 (UTC)

Persoanlly, I feel that all "Karakuri" monsters will NOT include (, including "Mechanical Spider",) because "Commander Gottoms, Swordmaster" came out in the TCG and didn't include (, except "Saber Slasher",) in its card text. Reminding you again, in the OCG, Commander Gottoms, Swordmaster's text said that all Saber monsters gained 400 ATK, except Saber Slasher. The TCG did not include this in its text; look at the text for yourself. In any case, IF Konami DOES release Mechanical Spider to the TCG, the Karakuri's text wording will probably be changed in some future bonus set after Starstrike Blast. (Kinda like how Elemental Hero Stratos was re-released in the TCG in the Champion Pack: Game Six, after being released in the Shonen Jump magazine, to update its text to include Evil Heroes in its effect. --UltimateKuriboh (talk • contribs) 03:33, July 21, 2010 (UTC)
