Forum:Unusual Mill Deck

Okay, maybe it's not that unusual, but still. I need help in making a zombie mill deck. Currently I am on the run and dont have my cards on me, but soon I'll post the list. I am sorry if the thread seems useless, but I want some ideas for what cards should I use. Currently, if I remember correctly, the deck deck has the zombie staples (Book of Life, Soul-Absorbing Bone Tower, Vampire Lord, Zombie Master, Il Blud), but I need help in a strategy which protects my monsters. I heard that The Lady in Wight is a good card to protect the bone towers, but I think I could use a bit more than that. I shall be back later, and hopefully I'll post my deck. Spirit Reaper/Patrician of darkness

try using Spirit Reaper and patrician, no matter how strong their monsters are their attacks won't break through unless they have like Dragons rage or Fairy Meteor Crush (something that calculates damage even when the attacked monster is in defense.). all you have to do is redirect the attack to Spirit Reaper using Patricians effect. Negate attacks and effects.

I play a zombie deck, and here's my advice.

To deny your opponent the ability to kill them off with effects, use Tutan Mask or Dark Illusion. Since most of your monster's are DARK, Dark Illusion is the better protection, but Tutan Mask works fine as well. If your going to rely on the attack abilities for milling, in conjunction with the Soul-Absorbing Bone Towers, use Royal Decree to stop trap cards, and have spell negators handy.

On the attack side, I highly recommend using Patrician of Darkness, Lady in Wight, and Heart of Clear Water, equipped to the Lady. This makes Fairy Meteor Crush and other like effects less damaging. To negate attacks altogether, I would add Ordeal of a Traveler, Magic Cylinder, and Magical Arm Shield. Keep Threatening Roar and Draining Shield. This will give you a pretty rounded out defense.

Now, in addition to what you've got, I would also include some Malice Ascendants.
