Forum:X-Saber, Dragunity or Blackwings?

I haven't played in quite a long time, a few weeks ago I started to play again. I updated my deck and tried running a Hopeless Dragon (I used one of the ones post here) but it wasn't going as well as I though it would be. So I started reading a little on the net and find out that some of the best decks right now are X-Saber and Blackwings. A few people also said that Dragunity would be quite good with the release of the new structure deck...

Right now I have no idea what to play, I want to run a good deck but don't know which one to choose. What do you think I should try, X-Sabers, Blackwings or Dragunity? Or maybe a Dragon deck it's good and I just need time to get used to it?

Any comment would be most appreciated. Thanks.

How about you try to combine dragunities with your current dragon deck? There are some really good dragunities and they aren't that expensive. You can probably get all of them for about 50 bucks (if you buy the individual cards from Hidden Arsenal 3 and two sets of the structure deck.)

Blackwings are a cheap deck to make, but theyre on their way out. They got hit kinda hard on the march banlist.

X-Sabers will also be a good deck this format, but they are kind of on the expensive side.

im currently running dragunities (proxied for now) and trust me built right there AMAZING they go through lv 6 and 8 syncros like crazy they have a good control aspect and they can run shooting star dragon plus the fact that they have a good draw engine and they can run icarus just think of them as blackwings but better lol they have an amazing search which can be searched out its self (terraforming) and they can come back from a lot of situations i personally believe that dragunities are gonna be pretty high on the tier list Raiga (talk • contribs) 01:13, March 3, 2011 (UTC)

You can either make a Dragunity or X-Saber. Blackwings are retired this format, it can't gain enough ground anymore. The other two are quite competitive if built right. The structure deck for Dragunity is going to be released next week, so pick up 3 decks and a few Phalanx's and you will be set. Oh yea, X-Sabers are kinda expensive, ie. (emmersblade & darksoul). Draguinitys are good, providing you can get your hands on 3x Dragunity Phalanx(£8 each), 3x Dragunity Knight - Vajuranda (none on ebay, have fun with that XD), & 3x structure deck (£8-10 each), so cheaper than a single XX-Saber Giant Rat-Resk (Talk) 12:43, March 3, 2011 (UTC)

Thanks a lot for your recommendations, it seems Dragunity are a good choice so I'll go with that one. I have a Yugioh shop near home and they already have the structure deck (spanish version) so this afternoon I'll get 3 of them xD. Something like this should do it right? (if you want to quit/add something feel free to do it ^^)

Take out pot of avarice and put in a third cards of consonance. COC is really good in dragunity decks so you should run 3. ShootingStarDragon97 (talk • contribs) 00:42, March 7, 2011 (UTC)
