Forum:Yu-Gi-Oh! dueling on Xbox 360 & PS3, what do you guys think?

I just thought of an idea... Would any of you guys who own an Xbox 360 or PS3 be willing to pay $100.00 for an accessory that allowed duelist to use their cards(NOT the "terminal" cards) to duel other people on-line? Of course, the game disc would be included in the package, here is what it would be like if this product was real, just imagine the awesomeness of...

• Fully animated motion videos of the summoning of your monsters!(Example: summoning "Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon")

• Fully animated motion videos of attacking with your monsters!(Example: attacking with "Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon")

• Fully animated motion videos of spell cards effects!(Example: watching a giant fist smash your opponent's monsters to a pulp; "Smashing Ground")

• Fully animated motion videos of trap cards effects!(Example: watching "Mirror Force" blast your opponent's monsters into dust!)

The only exception is that to keep the dueling field fair, only TCG cards can be used. Thus, no TCG cards equals no deck; you cannot generate cards using the game disc because it is only for the animations of the cards. Furthermore, it doesn't matter which console you have because Xbox 360 owners can duel against PS3 owners on the Konami server. 2 vs 2 tag duels, 3 vs 3 tag duels, etc...

Personally, I would buy it in a heartbeat!

I would be happy, if they released a game with virtual cards and the animations you mentioned, because I don't buy cards anymore. Got way too expensive. But that game would be sick!Fitzgerald himself 15:21, August 6, 2010 (UTC)

It would be tottally awesome. I would prefer a smaller price, but i would tottally buy it. If the wii gets that usb scanner for Duel Transer, we ps3 and xbox 360 owners should get the right to use that aswell!

I don't see that happen actually. Many people would stop buying real cards and real life tournaments would disappear, I think. I wouldn't buy it either, as you can't use cards that are released after the game's release so it would get boring soon. The Horror'^{Speak if you dare} 19:24, September 2, 2010 (UTC)

Well, why not have Yu-Gi-Oh! DLC, whenever a pack comes out, they could just release a Patch that would add in the cards, it wouldn't be too hard for them to do...--BassNettoHikari2 (talk • contribs) 06:59, September 3, 2010 (UTC)
