Forum:Zeta Xi Deck

Yup, it's another "Billy" deck from me, this time a near-pure Beast/Beast-Warrior X-Saber deck (hence the title: Xi being the Greek letter for "X", and Zeta being sometimes used to represent animals). There's really nothing much to this deck; it's mainly focused on beatdown and graveyard-swarm tactics. One for One is used to bring out the level 1 X-Sabers in this deck, and Mystic Box is there to take more advantage of Axel's effect, since the way it's worded seems to indicate that it doesn't matter who controls the Saber monster being destroyed by battle, just as long as it is while Axel is face-up on the field. So yeah, you know the drill: not meant to be a tourney-winning deck, only meant for fun, any suggestions should be to improve the deck as-is, don't suggest stuff for Rescue Cat-Synchro or Sabersworn or similar tournament decks, etc. Thanks. 66.228.109.2 16:26, February 12, 2010 (UTC)

Okay, I have a bit of a problem, here; I've noticed that, in my zeal to make this a near-pure Beast/Beast-Warrior X-Saber deck, I've come out with a metric buttload of deck thinning power, in the form of Darksoul, Garsem, and Axel. The problem is, I don't have any way of utilizing that deck thinning. I honestly dunno what kind of strategy I can implement into this deck to take advantage of this. I want to keep it a pure X-Saber deck, and as close to a pure Beast/Beast-Warrior deck as possible, but I'm not exactly sure what changes I'll need to make to fix this.
