The '''Student Council''' is a organization within [[Heartland Academy]] in the ''[[Yu-Gi-Oh! ZEXAL]]'' anime which is led by the president [[Carlyle Chesterton]].

Carlyle was angered that [[Yuma Tsukumo|Yuma]] was elected class representative. Under the control of [[Girag]], he created the student council's disciplinarian program and selected [[Caswell Francis|Caswell]] to be the chief. Yuma was able to defeat Carlyle in a Duel and end the disciplinarian program.<ref name="ep077">{{episode|Yu-Gi-Oh! ZEXAL|077|ref}}</ref>
