* Use "[[Destruct Potion]]" to protect this card from being removed from the field other than by [[Destroyed|destruction]]. "[[Two-Pronged Attack]]" can also be used.
* Cards like "[[Staunch Defender]] " used with "[[Alchemy Cycle]] " or "[[Shrink]] " can ensure the activation of this card's effect.
* After [[Synchro Summon]]ing "[[Moon Dragon Quilla]]", use "[[Call of the Haunted]]" and "[[Call of the Death God]]" to summon this card as well.
** This effect also works vice-versa.
** Another thing you can do is Synchro Summon "Moon Dragon Quilla," then use "[[Descending Lost Star]]" when it's in the [[Graveyard]] so it's Level 5, then use Level 3 "[[Red Fire Ant AzcatlAscator]]" to [[Synchro Summon|Summon]] this card.
