Hey dude,sorry but... is the activation of A Rival Appears! appropriate here? its not even a quick play and it does not say anything like "When your opponent declares an attack:..." Could it be that this card could only be activated at the end of your opponents MP 1 (after he/she has given up priority) or MP 2?
