The '''Standard Dimension''' (スタンダード次元 ''Sutandādo Jigen'') is one of the [[Four Dimensions]], as well as the primary setting of ''[[Yu-Gi-Oh! ARC-V]]''. It is the home dimension of [[Yuya Sakaki]] and his friends. According to [[Yuto]], the other three dimensions revolve around the Standard Dimension. In contrast to the [[Fusion Dimension|Fusion]], [[Synchro Dimension|Synchro]], and [[Xyz Dimension|Xyz Dimensions]], this dimension did not have its own type of [[Extra Deck]] Summon originally.<ref name="ep36">{{episode|Yu-Gi-Oh! ARC-V|36|ref}}</ref> Such Summons were taught only at the [[Leo Institute of Dueling]] in [[Paradise City]].<ref name="ep1">{{episode|Yu-Gi-Oh! ARC-V|1|ref}}</ref> Recently, however, an [[Yuya's pendant|anomaly]] gave Standard its own summoning method, the [[Pendulum Summon]]. Hence, unlike other dimensions, this dimension is not named by its summoning method, nor has its summoning method available to most of its duelists. So far, this is the only one of the Four Dimensions that does not feature an alternate universe version of any past character of the [[Yu-Gi-Oh!]] franchise.
