Effect

Based on its usage and Riley's description would a better effect text be: "During damage calculation, if this card is attacked by an opponent's face-up monster:"? Supporting evidence:

• If Riley could activate it when attacking he could have used it to destroy Security's Goyo Catapult or Declan's Flame King. Although it is possible that he intended to keep the opponent's monsters on the field to be ready for his combos.
• In episode 85 Riley states when its attacked it gains the effect, in both the English dub and the original version (although someone that can understand Japanese should check first, as I rely on subs and if that was mistranslated I wouldn't know).
