i would think so because it doesn't specify what phase to activate during so you could activate it during main phase 2. Sammykill98

• No. You cannot activate this card during Main Phase 2 because it says you cannot attack if you use this card. This is because the card says "Your Monsters cannot attack This Turn" meaning if you have attacked during your turn then Misfortune cannot be activated.--The King Of Heros 21:11, November 25, 2009 (UTC)
