Whats up.I'm HERO the user of the Elemental Heroes,Destiny Heroes,Evil Heroes,and Neo-Spacians.Where I'm from they call me Jaden cause of my extreme usage of them and the incredible decks I make. I also know a lot about Rules and Rulings so ask anything if you need help. I figure out rules and rulings based on similarities of other rulings to come to a final conclusion of how a card works. For example.. There is a posted ruling that says you are allowed to chain a Spell Card to the activation of Imperial Order because even though Imperial Order negates Spell Cards it hasn't completely resolved yet since the chain resolves from the last card activated in to the chain to the 1st. There is no posted ruling stating the similarities with Imperial Order and Royal Decree. These 2 cards do the same thing except Imperial Order negates Spells and Royal Decree negates Traps. The ruling on Royal Decree is the same as Imperial Order even though there is no posted ruling on it.
