Japanese Anime Card Lore

Hi everyone,

I've been looking at the old OCG card, and I believe that the lore is the same as the lore on the anime card. If you look closely at the anime lore, it appears to be identical to the original OCG lore. I believe that the creators of the anime wanted to make their own "over-powered" effect for "Toon World", but didn't bother to actually write out an anime effect. And instead, they pasted the OCG lore in the anime, but didn't follow it. I wanted to add that lore to the Japanese anime effect, but I wanted some approval/agreement among the Wikia community first.
