Divine Intervention

Divine Intervention focuses on stopping your opponent from Summoning monsters while giving you some protection and benefits. "Archlord Kristya" is the main monster of this Deck. The Athena OTK can be a good backup strategy if necessary, as the three main cards are in this Deck.

How to use

You'll want to use "Archlord Kristya"'s Special Summon method to get it on the field, so get four Fairy-Type monsters into your Graveyard. This is the best time to do any Special Summons that you want, as "Archlord Kristya" will negate all Special Summons once it's on the field. Once you've Summoned "Archlord Kristya", it will be fine to use any cards that restrict Special Summoning. "Archlord Kristya" will have already negated any Special Summons, so you'll only get the positive effects from such cards. You'll want to have "Trap Hole" or "Bottomless Trap Hole" ready so that you can foil your opponent's Summons. Use "Non Aggression Area" to prevent Summoning in a similar manner. While you prevent your opponent from Summoning, attack directly with powerful monsters to reduce their Life Points as much as possible.
