Answer: "Select 1 "Arcana Force" monster you control. That monster's effect is now treated as the opposite coin toss result."
- Is Arcana Force Ex - the Light Ruler an "Arcana Force" monster? Yes.
- Does it have an 'opposite coin toss effect'? Yes.
- Therefore, you can use it...
- "Tails: When an effect of a Spell, Trap or Effect Monster's effect that targets this card is activated, negate its activation and destroy it, and this card loses 1000 ATK."
