RE:Dimensional Fissure[edit]
You ruined the point you were trying to make when you mentioned "Return from the Different Dimension". That's a banned card. Tips sections follow TCG Advanced Format, so it's not as easy to Special Summon a "Helios" monster. The only viable option for Special Summoning generic banished monsters that I can think of is "D.D.R. - Different Dimension Reincarnation". Forgive me, I though I had checked the forbidden card list. About wikipedia links, I don't remember editing anything like that.
