• I'll concede on Vanity, but not for the reasons you listed. With the new banlist yanking the fangs out of the Dragon rulers, there isn't much reason to maindeck Vanity anymore. But I'm not so sure on Spark. Most decklists I've seen (Dunno about your end, as your experiences may differ) favor Spark over regular Stardust. I'll go ahead and make an average based on 100 deck builds, and then post a rounded percentage for them.

Stardust Dragon: 11 decks. 10-12% Stardust Spark Dragon: 70 decks. 69-71% Both: 19 decks. 18-20% As for semi-staples, that description is.. extremely vague (A LOT of random stuff fit into that description), and some of those choices are extremely questionable. Especially Lavalval Chain.
