Red-Eyes Wyvern's Effect

Umm... If you're not sure how Wyvern's effect work. I know that you said that it could only work if there are no Normal Summon or Set during the turn, but you missed the point. If it's in the Graveyard, you can removed it but if it's on the field, you cannot remove it.
