Just simple; Click "Forum" box at top of the page, not at literally top of article, just enough to see it. If you have a question for Card Rulings, go to "Ruling". If you have a Deck trouble, hit the "Deck Help". To understand what up with the lists, that's number 3 on the list you're viewing. For general discussion, that you talk about the Yu-Gi-Oh itself, but not the cards, that's where you're going on next. So don't worry about that - let's say you're having a trouble with the card text and effect itself; hit "Yu-Gi-Oh! Ruling Queries" for now. So if you have a question that similar to the one that already exist, be sure to using "Forum Search" before enter it; which saving all judges (except for Falzar, which he's not directly Judge) a trouble to repeat their furious at you if you posted repeat question. If you find one, check it out and read them careful. And if you do not, then return to "Ruling Queries" and go to next box below the Search box, just simple create new one by type down the title like; "Destiny Hero - Plasma question(s)" or "Naturia Resolve?", then click "Add new topic". Be sure to leave anything in the box you're current edit on - because they are very important part of the Forum box; all you do is to add question(s) and your signature (~~~~, but you already knew how) then click publish.
