Well, Yubel is the spirit of a young girl, so she cannot be a boy. Just because she looks masculine doesn't make her male. She has been referenced many times as her and she. Yubel is female. Messengerofthedark 09:14, 21 June 2009 (UTC)Messengerofthedark

If the dub states and designs "her" to be a "girl", then Yubel must be recognized as female. The directors of the Japanese version must approve of everything that the dubs of other countries do, or else they don't happen. They allowed "her" to be "female", so Yubel must be treated as such.
