As part of conversations Taki is typically the fifth and last person to speak. He tends to only answer questions put to him by [[Bordeaux]] but on occasion will sometimes speak first or offer his own input. He is the [[New Domino City (ARC-V)|New Domino City]] Council Presider (President in the Japanese version).<ref name="ep63" /> and as such tends to have the final say on the council's decision. His attitude tends to remain positive even in dire situations. Taki remains unworried throughout the King's Gambit crisis, with the exception of when [[Sergey Volkov]] revealed his deadly skill.
