  • The Japanese, 逆玉の神 ディアン・ケト (Gyakutama no Kami Dian Keto) comes from the phrase 逆玉の輿 (gyaku tama no koshi). A 玉の輿 (tama no koshi, literally "gem litter") refers to a litter for nobility, and to ride one (玉の輿に乗る tama no koshi ni noru) is figuratively to be married to a rich man. The inverse of that is to ride a 逆玉の輿 (literally "reverse gem litter"), or be married to a rich woman. In the case of Dian Keto, she is the rich goddess whom men try to marry.
