This card is the first Original Insect-type Synchro Monster. The first Insect-type Synchro Monster, Underground Arachnid, originally was released as a Dark Synchro Monster in the anime.

This card and "Formula Synchron" are tied for the lowest level 2 Synchro Monsters in the OCG/TCG.

This card's effect is geared specifically towards Delta Accel Synchro Summoning "Tech Genus Halberd Cannon" (sending "Tech Genus Blade Blaster" to the graveyard to summon "Tech Genus Gladiator" and "Tech Genus Wonder Magician" and then tuning all three)
