:This is perhaps my favorite deck. I usually don't like to go all out mindlessly attacking and barraging my opponent but it sure is fun with this deck. It uses a [[Disaster Dragon]] deck base, namely [[Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon]] and [[Future Fusion]]. I added a few cards that add to the overall speed and brute force of the deck. The main goal is to get a [[Dragon Ravine]] out on the field and [[Red-Eyes Wyvern]] and [[Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon]] into the grave. After using their effects, i can get 2-3 [[Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon]]s out and start abusing their effects. I included [[Blue-Eyes White Dragon]], [[Malefic Blue-Eyes White Dragon]], and [[Dark Horus]] and huge beatstick, fusion material for [[Five-Headed Dragon]], and fodder for [[Trade-In]]. Aside from that, [[Genesis Dragon]] can make a powerful combo with [[Light and Darkness Dragon]]. Finally, because the deck is pretty evenly split between light and dark monsters, I included [[Chaos Sorcerer]]. Since I don't use any traps I use 3 [[Royal Decree]]s to protect my cards from [[Solemn Judgment]], [[Solemn Warning]], [[Bottomless Trap Hole]], etc. And in case I ever get a dead draw like 2 [[Blue-Eyes White Dragon]], [[Prime Material Dragon]], and other tribute monsters, I included a [[Reload]] to improve consistency.

:This deck is all about power and making your opponent beg for mercy. At first when a [[Playful Possum]] is played your opponent may think your joking but then it starts to get real. No sooner than in the first few turns (usually 2), beasts such as [[King Tiger Wanghu]], [[Green Baboon, Defender of the Forest]], or [[Ape Fighter]] plague the field. This deck focuses on crippling my opponents monster if not destroying them with the Wanghu/Burden of the Mighty combo while setting up my own army of walking powerhouses. Cards such as [[Playful Possum]], [[Foolish Burial]], and [[Ryko, Lightsworn Hunter]] help me get [[Green Baboon, Defender of the Forest]], the ace card, out. While this deck essentially cripples the opponent monsters, it beefs up mine with [[Solidarity]] and [[Horn of the Phantom Beast]](because all cards in this deck are beasts except [[XX-Saber Gottoms]] and [[Black Rose Dragon]]). Furthermore, when things aren't going to well and my monsters face danger, [[Spiritual Forest]], [[Dimensional Prison]] and [[Mirror Force]] protect them. The rest is attack and destroy.

Shortest Bio[edit]

  • I'm 16 and have been a fan of Yu-Gi-Oh! since I was 6
  • I have followed Yu-Gi-Oh! up until the beginning of 5D's then stopped for god knows what reasons. Now I come back and with the introduction of about 4 structure decks and 7 booster , I feel utterly lost with all the new cards. And with the introduction of the new Xyz Monster I just get a headache; in a good way of course. I've always been a casual player just dueling with friends, but one day I hope to enter a big competition like the regionals and who knows? I might just win ;] All i know is one thing for sure, Yu-Gi-Oh! sure has evolved from the days when the first duelist to summon a Blue-Eyes White Dragon would win. The game is changing and becoming ever more interesting.
  • I like to make decks and have fun with them
  • I recently got Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's World Championship 2011: Over the Nexus and that's where I make most of my decks simply because I'm a frugal cookie ^_^

Some Decks I Run[edit]

Feel free to comment on them here

Finished[edit]

This is perhaps my favorite deck. I usually don't like to go all out mindlessly attacking and barraging my opponent but it sure is fun with this deck. It uses a Disaster Dragon deck base, namely Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon and Future Fusion. I added a few cards that add to the overall speed and brute force of the deck. The main goal is to get a Dragon Ravine out on the field and Red-Eyes Wyvern and Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon into the grave. After using their effects, i can get 2-3 Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragons out and start abusing their effects. I included Blue-Eyes White Dragon, Malefic Blue-Eyes White Dragon, and Dark Horus and huge beatstick, fusion material for Five-Headed Dragon, and fodder for Trade-In. Aside from that, Genesis Dragon can make a powerful combo with Light and Darkness Dragon. Finally, because the deck is pretty evenly split between light and dark monsters, I included Chaos Sorcerer. Since I don't use any traps I use 3 Royal Decrees to protect my cards from Solemn Judgment, Solemn Warning, Bottomless Trap Hole, etc. And in case I ever get a dead draw like 2 Blue-Eyes White Dragon, Prime Material Dragon, and other tribute monsters, I included a Reload to improve consistency.
This deck is all about power and making your opponent beg for mercy. At first when a Playful Possum is played your opponent may think your joking but then it starts to get real. No sooner than in the first few turns (usually 2), beasts such as King Tiger Wanghu, Green Baboon, Defender of the Forest, or Ape Fighter plague the field. This deck focuses on crippling my opponents monster if not destroying them with the Wanghu/Burden of the Mighty combo while setting up my own army of walking powerhouses. Cards such as Playful Possum, Foolish Burial, and Ryko, Lightsworn Hunter help me get Green Baboon, Defender of the Forest, the ace card, out. While this deck essentially cripples the opponent monsters, it beefs up mine with Solidarity and Horn of the Phantom Beast(because all cards in this deck are beasts except XX-Saber Gottoms and Black Rose Dragon). Furthermore, when things aren't going to well and my monsters face danger, Spiritual Forest, Dimensional Prison and Mirror Force protect them. The rest is attack and destroy.

Working On[edit]

Yes this deck has actually won a duel before.

Random Thoughts[edit]

In my opinion Thousand-Eyes Restrict and Black Luster Soldier - Envoy of the Beginning are the most badass cards of all. They say a picture speaks a thousand word and these two speak no less

I'll just use this space to talk about some random stuff that's happened to me regarding Yu-Gi-Oh!

  • My first cards were from Starter Deck: Yugi (they totally suck now xD)
  • I have really bad luck with booster packs
  • The only time I have ever pulled the cover card for a booster pack was Cyberdark Impact -__- lucky me... that wasn't the best of booster packs
  • I once had 3 sets of Exodia
  • I once bought the tin featuring Red Dragon Archfiend and miraculously I was able to pull an UtR Red Dragon Archfiend but no Stardust Dragon from the booster packs >.<
  • Jinzo is just amazing
  • cough* Noonelikes meta cough*
  • My favorite type of decks are Control and strategy based, not mindless attacking
  • Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's Decade Duels is a very fun and broken game. Have a tag team with Blackwing and your 98% guaranteed a victory
  • I don't like to destroy cards, I like to remove them from play.
  • I look forward to seeing how the game changes with Xyz Monsters
