- This monster is based off of the concept of a Solar sail, a form of spacecraft propulsion that uses the powerful electromagnetic emissions of the Sun to push a spaceship, similar to a regular sail on Earth.
- This monster could also be inspired by the classic role-playing game Spelljammer, in which ships sail the stars using magic, or the animated movie Treasure Planet, a fantasy/steampunk version of the classic book Treasure Island where solar sails literally use the sun to sail across space.
- This card appears in the artwork of "Tannhäuser Gate".
- This card has gained the traits of both Vice Dragon and Cyber Dragon.
