Scapegoat is a very flexible card, doubly so because it is a Quick-Play card. It is best set onto the field, and then activated in your opponents End Phase. THis card can also be used with a Toon Deck, since it only specifies that the tokens can't be tributed for a Tribute Summon, they can still be tributed for a Special Summon, or for a card effect.
Metamorphosis works very well with the Sheep Tokens, since they are 1-star monsters, they can still be tributed, to Special Summon Thousand-Eyes Restrict. Magician of Faith can also work with Metamorphosis, in place of a Sheep Token.
