- This card is featured in the artwork of "Trade-In", "Telepathic Power", and "Prehistoric Biological Graveyard".
- This card name possibly combining the words "Fell" and "Grant" very identical to his effect which he gains ATK from the Fallen Monster
- This card's name could also be a combination of "Fell" and "Grand" fell could be a reference to it only being Special Summoned from the graveyard and "Grand" possibly meaning it being a grand dragon.
