"Toy Magician":

This card's effects that Sets itself as Spell Card in the Spell & Trap Zone, and Special Summons itself if it's destroyed while a Spell Card, are based on its interaction with "Toy Box" in Yu-Gi-Oh! R, where it could 'hide' inside the box and re-emerge later.

In Yu-Gi-Oh! GX Tag Force 2 and Yu-Gi-Oh! GX Tag Force 3, a character Setting this card in the Spell & Trap Zone will always declare that they are setting a monster, making it obvious they are Setting this card.
