Since Crow had Summoned it rather than keep it in his hand, where it could be used to play "[[Fake Feather]]", Lazar assumed Crow's face-down was not "Fake Feather". After Crow played another face-down, it became clear Crow had gotten "Fake Feather". Lazar assumed the second one must be "Fake Feather" and used "Distrain Card" to prevent Crow using it. However Crow had known Lazar planned using "Jester Confit" to return "Blackwing - Sirocco the Dawn" to his hand and remaind one step ahead of Lazar with "Fake Feather" being his first face-down. Crow then used, selecting "[[Imperial Manners]]" when Lazar attacked him with "[[Jester Lord]]".

  • In episode 44, Crow Hogan uses this card during his Ground Duel against Lazar. On the sixth turn of the Duel, Lazar activates "Card of Distrain" to target Crow's set "Trap Stun" (as he believed it to be this card due to how Crow conducted his previous turn) and render it unusable until the End Phase. "Jester Lord" (whose ATK was 5000 due to its effect) then attacks directly, but Crow activates this card to send "Sirocco the Dawn" from his hand to the Graveyard and activate the "Imperial Manners" in Lazar's Graveyard as this card's effect, destroying all Attack Position monsters Lazar controls. Crow then takes 800 damage due to the effect of "Card of Distrain".
    • This card is also shown on Lazar's monitor while he was looking up the data on Crow's Deck. Lazar notes in his mind that this card would most certainly be problematic should Crow be able to use it as he would be able to use "Imperial Manners" against him if he attacks.
  • In episode 51, Crow Hogan sets this card during his Turbo Duel against Greiger. Two episodes later, Greiger activates the second effect of "Flying Fortress SKY FIRE" to destroy this card.
