- This card can be searched by "Serpentine Princess", "Vampire Dragon", "Flying Kamakiri #1", "Kujakujaku", "Shrine of Mist Valley", "Divine Wind of Mist Valley", "Vortex the Whirlwind", "Dragunity Knight - Gae Dearg", "Gusto Egul", "Gusto Falco", "Gusto Griffin", "Gusto Gulldo" and "Whirlwind of Gusto".
- However, the only recommended way to search this card is "Dragunity Knight - Gae Dearg", since it can bring this card to your hand while also triggering this card's effect.
- Lightning, Elemental Dragon of Wind" can also work neatly alongside this card; by discarding it and this card, you can Special Summon "Tempest, Elemental Dragon of Cyclones" and any Gusto monster you choose from your Deck, and if the Gusto monster you Summoned was "Gusto Egul", you can Synchro Summon a Level 8 Synchro Monster such as "Stardust Dragon".
