  • "Marauding Captain" can be equipped with "Heart of Clear Water" to prevent it from being destroyed by battle or effects that target as long as its ATK remains below 1300, thereby protecting your Warriors for longer periods.
  • Use this card's effect to summon a Tuner Monster, then use the two for a quick Synchro Summon. This is very useful with "Goyo Guardian" as you simply need a Level 3 Tuner to bring it out.
