- Use this cards effect to return important cards your opponent needs such as "Dandylion", "Treeborn Frog", "Blackwing - Vayu the Emblem of Honor", "Glow-Up Bulb", etc.
- This card is also effective against Lightsworn Decks, returning milled "Lightsworn" monsters back to their Deck and stalling "Lumina" and "Judgment Dragon".
- Use this card against a Venom Deck, since "Vennominon the King of Poisonous Snakes" and "Vennominaga the Deity of Poisonous Snakes" both need Reptile-Type monsters in the Graveyard to be at their best.
- You can use the strategy against Elemental Hero Shining Flare Wingman and Elemental Hero Shining Phoenix Enforcer.
- You can easily Summon this card by using "Scrap Beast" and "Tanngrisnir of the Nordic Beasts".
- When one of your "Scrap" Synchro Dragons is destroyed, you can revive "Scrap Golem" and simultaneously revive "Scrap Searcher" by its own effect. "Scrap Golem" can then revive a "Scrap Beast" and you can Synchro Summon this card with all three.
- You can Synchro Summon this card using "Scrap Golem", "Scrap Soldier", and a "Level Eater" that chopped a Level off one of them.
- This card works well against a Skull Servants deck.
