- This card can be searched by "Dogu", "Single Purchase", "Temple of the Kings", "Transmodify", "Mimiclay", "Serpentine Princess", "Vampire Dragon", "Dragunity Corsesca", "Sangan", "Rescue Ferret", "Emergency Teleport", "Doctor Cranium", "Giant Rat", "BOXer" and "Front Observer".
- You can add the Monster Card banished with this card's effect to your hand with "Genetic Woman" or "Psychic Path".
- Rather than Synchro Summon with the newly Leveled "Psi-Beast", you can simply banish a powerful Psychic-Type like "Master Gig" or "Armored Axon Kicker" to Summon it later with "Return from the Different Dimension" or "Brain Hazard".
- Banish "Space-Time Police". "Psi-Beast" becomes Level 5. Use "Brain Hazard" to Summon "Police" and activate its effect, banishing a card your opponent controls. Overlay "Beast" and "Police" for a Rank 5 Xyz Monster. The card banished by "Police" remains banished.
- This card can be Special Summoned from the Graveyard with "Telekinetic Power Well", but its effect will not activate.
- If you can't use this card as Synchro or Xyz Material immediately, you can keep its weak attack from hindering you in a variety of ways:
- Use "Spiritual Earth Art - Kurogane" to replace it with a stronger monster like "Hushed Psychic Cleric", "Psychic Snail" or "Serene Psychic Witch".
- Tribute it for a cost like "Tyrant's Temper", or potentially gain a large amount of Life Points with "Psychic Soul" (this is perhaps the most efficient way to benefit from "Psychic Soul".)
- Trade it for your opponent's monster with "Creature Swap".
- You can remove a high-Level Psychic-Type monster from your Deck to use cards like "Proof of Powerlessness".
- Using this card, you can banish a Level 3 Psychic-type monster from your deck to make "Psi-Beast" Level 3.
- Then, you can use "Psi-Beast" and another Level 3 Monster to Xyz Summon "Leviair the Sea Dragon" and use its effect to special summon the previously banished monster.
- Using this combo, you can essentially turn "Psi-Beast" and another Level 3 Monster into a "Leviair" and any Level 3 Psychic-type monster you want (such as "Hushed Psychic Cleric" or "Serene Psychic Witch") for even more combos later on.
